Due to the high demand for stylist time and reservation availability, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule reservations. Without a 24 notice a 50% charge of services scheduled will be charged. No calls/No shows will be charged 100% of services scheduled. As a courtesy, we will text and/or email you to confirm your reservation ahead of time. If you have not received your confirmation, it does not waive cancellation fees.
